How I see it
Rank the work before you fund a portfolio
A list of twenty ideas is not a portfolio. Without value, feasibility, risk, and an owner, the list is a catalog.
Add the workflows you are considering. Score each on eight conditions. The tool places each one in do first, investigate, defer, or do not fund.
Do first means the value is material and the organization can operate the path. Investigate means the value is real and a condition is still missing. Defer means it can wait. Do not fund means the economics or the risk do not clear the bar.
Economic model
Priorityvalue and strategy first, then feasibility and data, then risk, cost, time, and operating complexity
High value with no owner or no data is investigate, not do first.
When this is the wrong next step
Do not use this tool to decorate a decision.
- Every idea must stay on the list for political reasons.
- You will not score risk honestly.
- There are no real workflows, only slogans.

A useful next step
Bring the numbers into a conversation.
The tool is a first cut. If the result is material, we guide the implementation and stay hands-on through operations — or tell you when a simpler answer is better.
